Peter is Managing Director and Business Owner of McLaren Associates and specialises in multi tasked HR activities including
Recruitment, Organisational Consulting, Job Evaluation and Remuneration Planning.

Peter's extensive HR and Consultancy experience enables him to work across all areas of an organisation providing expertise in a
whole range of business service areas. Having set up and managed his own consultancy firm for over 20 years now, Peter has an
additional insight into the operational challenges businesses face.
Prior to establishing McLaren Associates Peter had been a Senior Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Human Resources Manager
at Data General, Deputy National Director for IHC, Corporate Personnel Manager with Lion Corporation and Senior Personnel Manager
with International Computers Limited.
Peter also draws on his extensive business network of contacts and associates gained from his numerous Board appointments and
membership of Rotary.
